1. Large taxis (Louage)

Red


This is the most popular and fastest way to travel between Tunisian cities.


  • It seats 8 passengers.
  • How it works: There is no fixed schedule; the bus departs as soon as it is full.


North Station: Bab Saadoun

  • This station serves trips to the north and northwest of the country.
  • Main destinations: Bizerte, Béja, Jendouba, Tabarka, Ain Draham, El Kef, and Siliana.


South Station: Bab Alioua

  • This is the largest station and serves as the gateway to the capital for the central, coastal, and southern regions.
  • Main destinations: Sousse, Monastir, Mahdia, Kairouan, Sfax, Gabes, Medenine, Tataouine, Djerba, Tozeur, and Gafsa.


Blue 

  • Travel between the governorate's capital and other cities within the governorate.
