Out of respect for the privacy of the hotel, its traditional family character, and the presence of Quranic verses throughout the palace, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited for both Tunisians and non-Tunisians, inside and outside the palace.

You are welcome to enjoy our 40-hectare garden, while ensuring that all waste is put into the designated bins.

Smoking is not allowed inside rooms, enclosed spaces and the hotel patio and reception. However, it is permitted on the roof terrace, western and northern terraces and in open outdoor areas.

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel, but they are welcome in the palace garden as long as they do not pose a danger to other guests or animals.
